Technical support is provided through email weekdays from 9AM to 5PM EST. You can send us an email at and a technical support consultant will respond shortly.

Technical support is provided through email weekdays from 9AM to 5PM EST unless you have a service plan such as MetricNews Enterprise. We provide priority phone technical support and one-on-one training at a cost of $85 per hour (half hour increment).

4 - Training Sessions
